We maintain many databases in the day to day course of operations. We manage all of our customers using professional telemarketing software called "MARKET FORCE". This software allows all of our Account Management Staff to Proactively manage their accounts. This system also allows all staff to share information so that our clients receive fast, accurate help when they need it.

Call Volumes and Patterns:

Based on the information provided to us by our clients, we are able to adjust our staffing levels, generally within a few hours. This allows us to bring on specific trained persons for each campaign.

Reports:

Our reporting formats are customized for each project and customers needs. Any and all reports are available Daily, Weekly, Monthly with to date summaries which show/include source code analysis for each marketing medium.
